Field Inspector — WhatsApp + Kulu

Daily operations for field team

01YOUR WORKFLOW

No Portal Login Required

Everything comes to you via WhatsApp. Your daily schedule arrives automatically each morning. For lookups and questions, text Kulu — the AI assistant — directly on WhatsApp.

If you do need the portal for photo uploads or project details, it is available at entirely.it.com, but WhatsApp is your primary interface.

02DAILY SCHEDULE

Morning Delivery at 6:00 AM

Your schedule arrives on WhatsApp at 6:00 AM ET each workday. Each stop includes:

Detail What It Tells You
TimeScheduled arrival window
AddressFull site address with directions link
DivisionsWork scope (UND, ANC, BRC, SUP, etc.)
Customer #Account reference for the branch
HistoryRepeat address, past invoices, archive file counts

Stops are listed in route-optimized order to minimize drive time.

Historical context shows if this is a repeat visit or if there’s an existing relationship with the property. Helps you prepare before arriving.
03PHOTO UPLOAD

Inspection Documentation

Upload inspection photos through the portal file manager or send them to operations@unlikely.pro. Either method works.

Photos are automatically compressed to 2400px on the long edge and optimized for storage — no need to resize before uploading. EXIF rotation is preserved so images display correctly regardless of how your phone captured them.

04KULU AI

Your AI Assistant on WhatsApp

Text Kulu on WhatsApp for instant answers. Available 24/7.

Kulu is the same AI brain as Friday (the portal AI), just optimized for WhatsApp. It knows the full project history.
05SCHEDULE CHANGES

Rescheduling a Stop

If you need to reschedule, text the scheduling coordinator or use the portal’s schedule change request form. Changes are reflected immediately in the portal so the office team stays current.

For same-day changes, a direct text to the coordinator is the fastest path.

06FIELD NOTES

Adding Notes to Projects

Add notes via Kulu (text them on WhatsApp) or through the portal project detail page. Notes are visible to the office team and used during cert preparation.

Useful things to note: site conditions, access issues, deviations from the plan, conversations with the homeowner or crew lead, and anything the certifier should know.
