Three-panel layout, same structure as the owner view. Dark sidebar (200px) on the left, main panel (cream) in the center, context panel (320px, warm tint) on the right for Friday AI, files, activity timeline, and quick actions. Project Info has moved out of the sidebar — it now appears as an expandable inline row when you click a project in any table. The context panel sections are numbered 01–08.

Your default view. The cert and invoice processing queue. Each card in the queue shows:
Click any project row to expand it inline. The expanded area shows a 4-column Project Info grid (address, branch, customer number, pipeline status, SOW summary, cert/invoice state). The Edit button lives here in the expanded row. PDF and file links open in popup windows.
The review checklist adapts to the project’s scope of work. Drive log verification only applies to push pier products: UND-PUSH, UND-HELI, UND-SLAB. Production days verification applies to underpinning (UND) and select anchor/brace products: ANC-WALL, ANC-CHAN, BRC-STEEL, BRC-CFRP (not BRC-PIN). The Open RFIs badge is hidden when the count is zero.
The Validate & Advance button is a secondary action (muted styling, not primary). It exists as a manual override of the automated 2:00 AM validation scan. Hover tooltip: “Manual override — the nightly scan at 2:00 AM runs this automatically.” Use it only when you need to advance a project before the next scheduled scan.
Three action paths per item:
Guardrails are rules that auto-trigger on certain items to add a layer of review. They fire automatically for:
When guardrails fire, you see both options: Send Direct and Queue for Review. You decide. If you’re confident the item is correct, send it directly. If you want a second look, queue it for the owner.
A filtered view of items you have queued for owner review. Each item shows its current status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting owner review |
| Approved | Owner approved and sent |
| Returned for revision | Owner returned with a note — see Needs Another Look |
Track your throughput here. Items that move to Approved quickly indicate strong confidence alignment between you and the owner.
Items the owner has returned for revision. A gold banner at the top of each item displays the owner’s note, explaining exactly what needs correction.
Click Revise Draft to re-enter the cert or invoice editor with the owner’s feedback visible. After making corrections, the item returns to the normal Workbench queue for re-processing.
RFIs block project advancement until resolved. Seven trigger types, same for both automatic (2:00 AM scan + Pipeline Shepherd at 2:15 AM) and manual creation. Click + New in the RFI panel to create one manually from the template menu.
Each RFI has a Resolve button that opens a context-specific form:
When the last RFI on a Field Complete project resolves, the system automatically runs the 10-point validation. If it passes, the project advances to Ready for Cert.
Full project table with the same pipeline indicators, sub-track dots, and flag badges as the owner view. Filterable by status, branch, and date range. Sortable by any column.
Click any row to expand it inline with a 4-column Project Info grid and Edit button. Or click the project link to open the full detail in the context panel. From there you can access files, site visits, cert/invoice actions, and the activity timeline. PDF and file links open in popup windows.
Powered by Opus, same model as the owner. Friday lives in the context panel. Through Friday you can:
/help, /commands) at zero API costRate limit: 20 requests per hour. Slash commands do not count against the limit.
Invoice ledger with status and date filters, same view as the owner. Defaults to unpaid. Summary stats show total outstanding, aging buckets, and recent collections.
Historical Xero invoices (2022–2024) appear in a separate section for reference when reconciling older accounts.
Tracks every cert and invoice delivery with open/bounce detection. Each row shows the recipient, delivery timestamp, open status, and any bounce indicators. Useful for verifying that deliverables reached the client.
